"Didi is useful, but come on now with the prices"
I’ve used Didi a few times and it’s been okay overall, but lately the prices have just felt a bit too high for what you’re getting. Sometimes the driver is far away, the wait time keeps changing, and then the final cost ends up being more than I expected. Come on now, that gets frustrating. It’s still handy when I don’t really have another option, but for me, the value for money just isn’t that great anymore

"Decent ride, but communication could’ve been better"
The ride itself was fine, nothing too bad, but compared to other drivers I’ve had, the communication was frustrating. He barely responded to my messages and then called me confused about the pickup spot, so I ended up repeating the same details like three times. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"Payment was sooo frustrating"
I tried to pay twice and the app still ended up charging me anyway. Then support took foreeever to get it sorted, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

"I’ve used Didi a few times…"
I’ve used Didi a few times now, and for the most part the rides have been okay. The drivers usually stick to the route, and the car details have matched the app, which definitely helps. But I did have one ride where the driver was speeding a bit and barely said anything, so I didn’t feel totally comfortable. I know there’s a safety button in the app, but am I missing something, or should there be more driver checks too? Overall, not a bad experience, just feels average when it comes to safety

"Not reliable at all?!"
I booked a pickup and the app showed the driver was on the way, but then he just sat in the same spot for like 20 minutes and cancelled?! It made me late, and this has happened twice now. i can’t count on this service

"Really comfy ride"
Just took this ride recently, so it’s fresh in my mind—the seat was super comfy and the driver kept everything nice and smooth the whole way. after that trip, I’d be happy to ride with them again.

"Mostly fine, but a bit inconsistent"
I’ve used Didi a few times, and to be fair, most of the drivers were okay. I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything, some were polite and drove safely. But there was one driver who was on the phone most of the ride and barely said anything, which didn’t feel very professional. It wasn’t terrible, just not always as consistent as I’d expect.

"Surge Pricing Is Frustrating!!"
I like using the service when it’s convenient, but the prices seem to jump way too much right when I actually need a ride!! It can get frustrating, especially during busy times.

"Car condition really put me off"
I booked a ride through didiglobal.com, the car was in rough shape. The seats had stains, it smelled like smoke inside, and one of the doors made this loose rattling sound that didn’t feel very reassuring. The driver was fine, though, and I don’t want to make it sound like the whole trip was a disaster, but the condition of the vehicle definitely made the ride feel unsafe.

"I used Didi a few times…"
I used Didi a few times this week every car I got into was really clean. No stains on the seats, no trash lying around, and it smelled fresh without being overpowering. The floors were kept tidy too, which I definitely noticed. It just makes the whole ride feel nicer. Happy with it, 5 stars from me.

The app itself is fine, like it works okay and it’s easy enough to use, but the drivers are just never around when I actually need one. I’ll open it thinking I can get a ride quickly, then the wait time keeps jumping around and suddenly it’s way longer than expected. I ended up canceling twice this week because it just wasn’t worth sitting there watching the time change. Kind of frustrating.

"Canceling turned into way more hassle than it should’ve"
I tried to cancel my service it felt like the app just kept sending me in circles. It wasn’t clear if anything had actually gone through, which is super frustrating when all you’re trying to do is stop a subscription. Support took a while to respond too, and when they did, they weren’t all that helpful. Not the end of the world, obviously, but still really annoying.

"GPS has been really reliable"
I use DiDi often and the GPS has been spot on most of the time, my driver usually pulls right up to the pickup pin without having to call me over and over asking where I am which is such a relief. The navigation is solid too, even when I’m on smaller streets or inside apartment areas, it shows the route clearly and updates fast if traffic changes so the ride just feels smoother. I only had one small moment where the pin shifted a little, but besides that it’s been great, easy 5 stars from me.

"Driver really dropped the ball"
The driver took way too long getting here, and it made the whole experience feel like a waste. I get that delays happen, but this one felt like it was on them, and it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

I’ve used a few discount codes and sometimes they worked fine, but other times I only found out they weren’t valid after booking. The prices can be good when a promo actually applies, but the rules aren’t always easy to spot. Feels like an avoidable headache if they just made the details clearer upfront.

"Support Took Forever"
I reached out to support twice i’m 100% convinced time stopped while I was waiting. They did eventually get back to me, but it took days to get anything close to a clear answer, and even then it wasn’t all that helpful. Definitely way slower than it should’ve been...
